It's because everyone wants increased efficiency in today's marketplace, better performance – This is a bigger piece of the pie. Yet practically everyone finds this increasingly difficult to succeed. May have increased the sheer number of competitors. Possibly increasing pressure on prices is impacting the purchasing decision of the customers. The market might mature, or the technology might aging. So, unless the product or service is the only one of its kind, we're looking for an edge, and an advantage – something special from the big contest and training is one of the strongest tools to create a specialty through (Hemas Pharmaceuticals, 2019).
In Hemas Pharmaceuticals it has a separate wing under the Human
Resources Department headed by a Manager for proper and effective training of
its employees. This wing is called 'Development and Training Wing for Human
Resources. Its primary concern is sales and medical representatives and
executives training and development. This wing conducts some training (such as
field forces training) directly, and it is also responsible for coordinating
all other training such as in-house, out-patient, or overseas training. This increasingly main point of view should
be helpful in reviewing current efforts just as well as in making arrangements
for what is to come (Gamage & Sadoi, 2008).
